Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift supervisors
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
  • Engage personally with customers to resolve issues swiftly
  • Schedule staff strategically to optimize customer service and coach management team on brand standards
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
  • Stay informed about competitors and exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs
