Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift supervisors
- Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
- Engage personally with customers to resolve issues swiftly
- Schedule staff strategically to optimize customer service and coach management team on brand standards
- Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
- Stay informed about competitors and exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs
