Job Requirements
- Meet all physical requirements of the Head Coach career path roles including Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
- Minimum 3 years in food service with at least 2 years in hands-on management
- Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
- Skilled in planning, managing, and forecasting financials, labor, and inventory
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing processes in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
- Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
- ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for operations and reporting
- Strong financial acumen managing budgets, labor, and P&L
- Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams
- Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with curiosity to improve operations
- Commitment to operational excellence, hospitality, and team engagement
- Experience in fast-casual or retail operations preferred
Job Duties
- Lead full employee lifecycle and foster a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusion
- Ensure compliance and deliver timely feedback
- Develop a strong, diverse talent pipeline
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards
- Resolve facility, supply, and food quality issues prioritizing team safety
- Deliver brand-aligned customer experiences using guest metrics and data-driven decisions
- Drive sales and profits by managing costs, analyzing reports, and executing strategic plans
- Create efficient schedules aligned with business goals
- Operate and troubleshoot systems and technology ensuring smooth operations
- Perform essential functions of Assistant Coach, including roles of Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
