Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Interest in hospitality, food service management, or business operations
  • Friendly and positive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Previous experience as a manager at a restaurant
  • Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support daily restaurant operations and assist in opening/closing procedures
  • Learn to manage both front-of-house and kitchen workflows
  • Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver top-quality service
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, scheduling, and guest satisfaction
