Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership capacity
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card per state or local guidelines
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to pass Serve Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours weekly including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Ability to pass Serve Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties
- Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world-class operations including well-developed crew and staff, exceptional food quality, and strong financial performance
- Maintaining and driving high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Performing every job in the restaurant to ensure operational understanding
- Serving as the ultimate decision-maker and being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
- Engaging in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Demonstrating respect and appreciation for individual team members and fostering a positive work environment
- Building effective teams through training, development, and providing timely performance feedback
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining strong consistent financial results
