Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership capacity
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card per state or local guidelines
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to pass Serve Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours weekly including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass Serve Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world-class operations including well-developed crew and staff, exceptional food quality, and strong financial performance
  • Maintaining and driving high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Performing every job in the restaurant to ensure operational understanding
  • Serving as the ultimate decision-maker and being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Engaging in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Demonstrating respect and appreciation for individual team members and fostering a positive work environment
  • Building effective teams through training, development, and providing timely performance feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining strong consistent financial results
