Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans
- Mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly
- Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize service
- Coach management on brand standards
- Lead product rollout meetings
