Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a team in a restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25-85 pounds and extended standing
- Good hearing to respond to auditory alarms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company operations
- Punctual attendance and professional demeanor
- Capability to handle cash and perform counting tasks
- Willingness to work collaboratively in confined workspaces
- Compliance with safety protocols around kitchen equipment
- Ability to read and understand menus, manuals, and training materials

- Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Own the restaurant's success metrics and lead the team to achieve goals
- Lead the guest experience ensuring friendly interactions, cleanliness, and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor team members through training, development, and onboarding
- Communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
- Inspire a positive and collaborative team environment
- Partner with other managers and leaders to drive business growth
- Review and submit payroll
- Complete employee hiring, change, and termination paperwork
- Ensure safe and clean restaurant operations at all times
- Manage scheduling to meet customer service needs while controlling costs
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Keep daily financial and production records
- Maintain documentation as required by area coaches, operations directors, and human resources
