Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to sweep and mop floors
  • able to dust shelves
  • able to lift and carry out trash containers
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • able to tolerate standing and walking during 80% of shift
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to stoop during work
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • basic computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • track record of people development
  • positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Lead the TEAM and establish the tone of the work environment
  • build and develop a strong team that delivers excellent customer hospitality
  • find, hire, and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
  • schedule and deploy Team effectively
  • address performance issues
  • assist in resolving customer issues
  • manage restaurant budget and financial plans
