Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and following up on progress
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
