Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and following up on progress
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
