Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of restaurant general management experience
- working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- ability to learn and train others on Shack operations
- strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- knowledge of financial business operations
- minimum three years of P&L responsibilities
- food handler certification preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours

- minimum three years of profit and loss responsibilities
