Job Requirements
- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience required
- recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires required
- valid driver’s license required for occasional duties such as shift coverage, meeting liquor license requirements, delivering catering orders, making supply runs, attending offsite training, and traveling between locations
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
- proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
- understanding of inventory management, cost controls, and financial oversight
- proficiency with POS and various corporate software and systems

- general systems proficiency in POS, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems
- experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- hospitality or business degree preferred
- culinary and kitchen operation management experience preferred
