Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-4 years supervisory experience in food or retail environment
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • knowledge of and compliance with human resources policies
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
  • ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs and carry 30 feet
  • adherence to company and city/state safety requirements
  • follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment

Job Duties

  • create value for shareholders through efficient operations
  • maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by interacting with guests during peak hours
  • take active role in guest service and guest relations
  • control day-to-day operations by tracking labor and product costs
  • maintain high level of productivity through recruiting, training and motivating employees
  • operate routine preventative maintenance program
  • prepare and submit required reports
  • recruit, interview, hire, discipline and terminate hourly employees
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes and company policies
