Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-4 years supervisory experience in food or retail environment
- basic business math and accounting skills
- basic personal computer literacy
- knowledge of and compliance with human resources policies
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs and carry 30 feet
- adherence to company and city/state safety requirements
- follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment

Job Duties
- create value for shareholders through efficient operations
- maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by interacting with guests during peak hours
- take active role in guest service and guest relations
- control day-to-day operations by tracking labor and product costs
- maintain high level of productivity through recruiting, training and motivating employees
- operate routine preventative maintenance program
- prepare and submit required reports
- recruit, interview, hire, discipline and terminate hourly employees
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes and company policies
