Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of three years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required
- Must be able to attract train develop and retain top team members
- Strong guest service focus required
- Ability to meet financial goals including sales growth guest count increases staffing levels cost of goods and labor cost management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities work under stress and exercise good judgment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in restaurant environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to talk hear use hands repetitively bend kneel crouch climb ladder and step stool
- Dexterity required for handling food items and dishes

Job Duties
- Ensures flawless execution of every detail every shift by every team member to exceed guest expectations
- Provides direction coaching training and development for team members including food quality service standards safety sanitation and company policies
- Ensures adherence to all food beverage and service standards policies and procedures
- Partners with general manager to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
- Maintains consistent execution of all systems standards inventory and cost controls
- Collaborates with general manager to create and implement plans for improved financial performance
- Executes and follows up on new company initiatives in partnership with general manager
- Utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
- Schedules team members and managers to support positive restaurant performance
- Interviews and assists in final selection of team members maintaining appropriate staffing levels
- Verifies daily administration is carried out according to policy and standards
- Proactively organizes and plans work anticipating changing business needs
- Communicates effectively with guests team members management local owners support teams and vendors
- Responds promptly to guest feedback ensuring positive recovery
- Ensures cleanliness of facilities and sufficient supply levels
- Follows safety procedures and standards when operating equipment
- Provides a safe professional non-hostile harassment free working environment for team members
- Handles multiple priorities works under stress and exercises good judgment
