Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25-85 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Good hearing to respond to auditory alarms
- Availability to manage cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Capability to read and understand menus, manuals and training materials
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company operations
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or relevant leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
- Understanding of financial management and payroll processes
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to perform physical tasks including lifting and extended standing
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Basic computer literacy for record keeping
Job Duties
- Ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
- Lead the guest experiences in your restaurant that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
- Lead communications of your team's goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc
- Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
- Reviewing and submitting payroll
- Completing employee new hire paperwork
- Completing employee change forms and termination forms
- Ensure the store is operated in a safe and clean manner at all times
- Ensure work schedules are adequate to meet customer service requirements but are also cost effective
- Ensure that the store is operated in compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Daily record keeping of the store financial and production activities
- Maintaining documentation as specified by their Area Coach, Director of Operations and Human Resources
