Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in related food service management position preferred
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and training

Job Duties
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Conduct and supervise the training and development of all team members
- Uphold food preparation standards to ensure consistent quality
- Communicate, train, and coach team members and shift leaders on changes and new procedures
- Conduct succession planning one-on-ones with designated team members
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations including opening, closing, and mid shifts
- Increase sales through guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of restaurant areas
- Conduct and manage inventory and food orders
- Track and manage labor and food costs
- Assist in preparation of work schedules
- Maintain restaurant equipment and request repairs
- Monitor adherence to labor laws
- Perform other related duties as assigned
