Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
  • OR two-year degree from accredited university
  • Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of safety and health regulations
  • Proficiency in budget and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with six years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
  • OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
  • Experience in budget administration and forecasting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
  • Familiarity with HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commissions regulations

Job Duties

  • Leads and initiates Food and Beverage outlet operations including outlet marketing, food and wine promotions, customer service and inventories
  • Assists with menu development, recipe development and food preparation
  • Develops beverage programs within the parameters of company national agreements
  • Maintains established policies and procedures within the designated outlet
  • Develops and executes strategic plans including budget administration, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, cost control and inventories
  • Manages the performance of the outlet service and management staff
  • Verifies compliance with HACCP, OSHA and regional Alcoholic Beverage Commissions guidelines
