Job Requirements
- 2-4 year of experience in related food service management position preferred
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings conferences and training

- Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures in a restaurant

Job Duties
- Recruiting hiring and onboarding of FOH and BOH team members
- Conducting and supervising the training and development of FOH and BOH team members
- Upholding food preparation specifics by ensuring standard operational procedures are followed
- Communicating training and coaching team members and shift leaders on new procedures products promotions or equipment
- Conducting succession planning 1-on-1s with designated team members
- Ensuring compliance with established standards including food safety personal safety sanitation hygiene appearance and uniform
- Managing daily operations of restaurant shifts
- Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
