- Ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained
- Oversee restaurant financial performance and profitability
- Maintain outstanding guest service and food quality
- Lead and manage the restaurant management and co-worker team
- Provide opportunities for employee growth and success
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes the company’s caring culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
