Job Duties
- Ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated and maintained
- Train and lead restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest service
- Manage restaurant financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization
- Oversee food quality and safety standards to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Foster a positive work environment that supports team development and success
- Coordinate scheduling and manage labor costs effectively
- Handle inventory control and procurement to maintain efficient operations
