Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history
  • Management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education and training associated with business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training program
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated and maintained
  • Train and lead restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest service
  • Manage restaurant financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization
  • Oversee food quality and safety standards to guarantee guest satisfaction
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports team development and success
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage labor costs effectively
  • Handle inventory control and procurement to maintain efficient operations
