Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team through training and development
  • Oversee recruiting, training, management, and overall restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high food quality standards
  • Manage profit and loss to maximize restaurant profitability
  • Maintain food safety and store cleanliness standards
  • Act as liaison with other leadership and facilitate focus on company culture and values
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
