Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Maintain current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
  • Experience managing finances and operational metrics

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team through training and mentorship
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, and employee development
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor and drive financial performance including profitability and cost control
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between restaurant staff and field leadership
  • Uphold company culture and core values through leadership and example
