Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Maintain current health card as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Experience managing finances and operational metrics
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team through training and mentorship
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, and employee development
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Maintain compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Monitor and drive financial performance including profitability and cost control
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between restaurant staff and field leadership
- Uphold company culture and core values through leadership and example
