Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • able to communicate effectively in English
  • current Health Card as required by local laws
  • reliable transportation
  • pass background check including MVR
  • pass SERV Safe Certification
  • willing to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • current Health Card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations including staff development, food quality, and financial performance
  • maintain and enforce high standards of food safety, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job within the restaurant as needed
  • serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
