Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership proven on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass Serve Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Duties

  • Identifying and developing high-potential team members
  • Achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations
  • Maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Understanding and performing all restaurant job functions
  • Being accountable for overall restaurant performance
  • Communicating effectively with field leadership and staff
  • Building and developing an effective team through training and feedback
