Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as per local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Availability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations with a strong crew and pristine restaurant environment
  • Drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job within the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects and decisions
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • Build an effective team through training, development, and timely feedback
