Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- at least three years of management experience
- ability to schedule, forecast and budget department
- knowledge of wine and fine dining
- leadership skills
- communication skills
- cost management experience
- inventory management skills
- passion for hospitality
- experience with POS systems
- certification in alcohol service preferred
- availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- three years in a management position
- strong leadership and communication skills
- extensive knowledge in wine and fine dining
- proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively
- passion for hospitality and guest-first mentality
- experience with multiple POS systems preferred
- certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and profitable restaurant operation
- maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety
- coordinate activities of related outlets such as room service and bar
- strategic planning and budgeting for the restaurant
- schedule and manage staff shifts
- oversee inventory and cost management
- lead and inspire the restaurant team
