Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must maintain a current Health Card per local or state law
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass Criminal Background Check including Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Willingness to work a flexible 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English effectively
- Current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain and pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Oversee recruiting, training, and ongoing development of the restaurant team
- Manage restaurant financials, including Profit & Loss to ensure maximum profitability
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations
- Maintain open and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Provide meaningful and timely feedback to team members and recognize their contributions
