Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability for a 50-hour work week

Job Duties

  • build and develop a team of high performers by training and skill development
  • oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • manage P&L and overall restaurant operations to ensure high quality, safety, and customer service
  • maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
  • act as liaison and communicate consistently with leadership and restaurant teams
  • foster company culture and values through respectful and supportive leadership
  • provide regular performance feedback and ensure financial results are consistently strong
