Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- availability for a 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- build and develop a team of high performers by training and skill development
- oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- manage P&L and overall restaurant operations to ensure high quality, safety, and customer service
- maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- act as liaison and communicate consistently with leadership and restaurant teams
- foster company culture and values through respectful and supportive leadership
- provide regular performance feedback and ensure financial results are consistently strong
