Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • must have ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • expected 50-hour work week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
  • maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • perform every job in the restaurant to lead by example
  • serve as the ultimate decision-maker for all restaurant operations
  • communicate regularly and effectively with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain consistent strong financial results
