Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous restaurant manager experience required
  • manager ServSafe certification preferred
  • ability to work with Regional Management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas
  • dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health
  • familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing and inventory systems a plus
  • passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred

Job Duties

  • Put the guest experience first
  • run your locations and make decisions as if it were your own business
  • promote positive Condado company culture among teammates and guests
  • maintain the highest standards for service and guest interaction
  • focus on professional and personal development of hourly employees and management daily
  • ensure every item delivered meets Condado's quality and presentation standards
  • set the standard for the restaurant’s atmosphere and staff conduct
  • recruit, train, and support the team daily
  • serve the local community as friends and family
  • manage monthly P&L and financial performance
  • boost sales and collaborate with Catering and Marketing departments
  • uphold health and safety standards per Condado and Department of Health guidelines
  • produce daily management communications
  • coordinate with back of house and front of house teams
  • oversee scheduling and conduct staff and management meetings
  • supervise side work completion
  • manage opening and closing duties
  • maintain Condado emails and online platforms
  • build and adjust ordering pars for food, liquor, and dry stock
  • coordinate catering and off-premise orders
  • temp and taste all food items
