Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to read, speak, and write in English
  • maintain current Health Card as required
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • ability to pass ServSafe certification
  • open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • ability to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership capability in managing teams and operational standards
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations with a successful crew and staff
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness and excellent food quality
  • maintain strong financial performance and comply with company policies
  • manage recruiting, training and daily operations
  • communicate consistently with field leadership and staff
