Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including MVR
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Exam
  • availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • achieving and maintaining world class operations including a successful and well developed crew and staff
  • maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • performing every job in the restaurant with clear understanding
  • being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as ultimate decision-maker
  • engaging in clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • building effective teams through training and providing timely performance feedback
