Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum four years experience in food and beverage
  • minimum three years management experience
  • knowledge of budget preparation and forecasting
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of wine and fine dining
  • ability to manage costs and inventory
  • experience with POS systems
  • certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g. TIPS) preferred
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • three years in a management position
  • extensive knowledge in wine and fine dining
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff
  • passion for hospitality and guest-first mentality
  • experience with multiple POS systems preferred
  • certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
