Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum four years experience in food and beverage
- minimum three years management experience
- knowledge of budget preparation and forecasting
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of wine and fine dining
- ability to manage costs and inventory
- experience with POS systems
- certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g. TIPS) preferred
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- three years in a management position
- extensive knowledge in wine and fine dining
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff
- passion for hospitality and guest-first mentality
- experience with multiple POS systems preferred
- certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
