Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have high school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- ability to pass ServSafe Certification course and exam
- open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- demonstrated ability to manage teams and restaurant operations
- experience with P&L management
- proficiency in employee development and training
