Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • ability to pass ServSafe Certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • demonstrated ability to manage teams and restaurant operations
  • experience with P&L management
  • proficiency in employee development and training

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a high-potential team into leaders

  • maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • understand and perform all restaurant job functions
