Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass criminal background check including MVR
- Pass Serv Safe certification and exam
- Open availability requiring nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as per state or local requirements
- Ability to perform all job functions within the restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to pass Serv Safe Certification and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record (MVR)
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team by training and developing skills
- Provide clear and consistent direction to team members
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage P&L and overall operations to ensure profitability
- Maintain excellent customer service and high food quality standards
- Ensure food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Facilitate communication and act as a liaison with other leadership
- Recognize individual and team contributions
- Uphold company culture and core values
