Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older unless local laws permit lower age
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Compliance with background check according to company policy
  • Willingness to work in environment with flashing lights, moving parts, noise and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years experience in restaurant industry with full execution responsibility
  • Proven track record as CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrates ethics and integrity
  • Values diversity and inclusion

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support, uphold product quality, cleanliness and company standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating company and guest expectations to the team
  • Coach, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality guest service and safety
  • Exercise excellent business skills and judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management
  • Maintain safety and health standards compliant with company policies and local regulations
