Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- must maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
- must be able to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work a 50-hour week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to train and develop team members
- knowledge of food safety and store cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- oversee recruiting, training, and staff development
- manage restaurant operations including P&L and financial results
- maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- provide clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
- uphold company policies and culture
- make operational decisions to drive maximum profitability
