Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • must maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work a 50-hour week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • knowledge of food safety and store cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • oversee recruiting, training, and staff development
  • manage restaurant operations including P&L and financial results
  • maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • provide clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • uphold company policies and culture
  • make operational decisions to drive maximum profitability
