Job Requirements

  • Four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • three years in a management position
  • ability to schedule, forecast, and budget the department
  • extensive knowledge in wine and fine dining
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff
  • passion for hospitality and guest-first mentality
  • experience with multiple POS systems preferred
  • certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • manage scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting for the department
  • lead and communicate effectively with staff
  • manage costs, inventory, and staff efficiently
