Job Requirements
- Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget the department

Job Qualifications
- Four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- three years in a management position
- strong leadership and communication skills
- extensive knowledge in wine and fine dining
- proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively
- passion for hospitality and guest-first mentality
- experience with multiple POS systems preferred
- certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure restaurant operates efficiently and profitably
- coordinate activities for Room Service and Bar
- maintain high standards of food quality and service
