Job Requirements

  • Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget the department
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to upholding health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • three years in a management position
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • extensive knowledge in wine and fine dining
  • proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively
  • passion for hospitality and guest-first mentality
  • experience with multiple POS systems preferred
  • certification in responsible alcohol service preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure restaurant operates efficiently and profitably
  • coordinate activities for Room Service and Bar
  • maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • oversee health and safety compliance
  • manage staff scheduling and training
  • control costs and inventory
  • implement strategic planning and budgeting
