Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma required
- Minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Maintain current Health Card according to local laws
- Reliable transportation required
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- Availability for approximately 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card as per state/local requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certification in ServSafe or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staff development, food quality, and financial performance
- Maintain and enforce high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and decision-making
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Train and develop an effective team while providing timely performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong and consistent financial results
