Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have a high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • must be available to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • open availability required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • proven experience in team building and development
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staff development and financial management
