Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to read and write English
  • current Health Card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including MVR
  • pass SERV Safe Certification
  • open availability for 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • availability to work approximately 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including exceptional food quality and service
  • maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service
  • understand and perform every job within the restaurant
  • manage overall restaurant performance and serve as the ultimate decision-maker
  • communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
