Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • Ability to read, speak, understand, and write English
  • Must maintain current health card
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected to work a 50-hour week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current health card as per state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing P&L and operational standards

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-potential team into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including well-developed staffing and pristine store conditions
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job function within the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
