Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of criminal background check including Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Proven capability to manage multiple shifts and lead a team
  • Experience with P&L management and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
  • Provide clear, consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, P&L, and overall operations to ensure excellent customer service and maximum profitability
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
  • Act as a liaison between restaurant staff and leadership while fostering company culture and values
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain strong financial performance and operational excellence
