Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of criminal background check including Motor Vehicle Record check
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
- Proven capability to manage multiple shifts and lead a team
- Experience with P&L management and operational excellence
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
- Provide clear, consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, P&L, and overall operations to ensure excellent customer service and maximum profitability
- Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
- Act as a liaison between restaurant staff and leadership while fostering company culture and values
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain strong financial performance and operational excellence
