Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have a high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • experience managing P&L and operations
  • capability to provide training and development feedback

  • Building and developing a team of top performers
  • overseeing recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • managing profit and loss statements
