Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food and inventory purchasing
  • ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • familiarity with restaurant POS and HR systems
  • ability to deliver high-level hospitality
  • proficiency in staff training and development

Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations including hiring and onboarding
  • manage team performance and development
  • plan and control purchasing of food and inventory
  • manage supplies and equipment
  • interact with suppliers and vendors
  • handle profit and loss management
  • utilize learning management system for staff training
