Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience in QSR industry or full-service concept
- ServSafe certified
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and math skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel to restaurant locations within assigned area
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting

- Recommending, approving, and administering disciplinary action, suspension, and/or termination
