Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- maintain current Health Card
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass ServSafe certification
- work 50 hours per week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
- ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- effective communication and leadership skills
- reliable transportation
- ability to work a 50-hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class operations with well-trained staff and pristine restaurant conditions
- uphold high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- perform all restaurant job functions as needed
- manage all aspects of restaurant performance including financial results
- maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- comply with company policies and procedures
