Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • maintain current Health Card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass ServSafe certification
  • work 50 hours per week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
  • ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • effective communication and leadership skills
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work a 50-hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations with well-trained staff and pristine restaurant conditions
  • uphold high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform all restaurant job functions as needed
  • manage all aspects of restaurant performance including financial results
  • maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • comply with company policies and procedures
