Job Requirements
- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a General Manager required for external hires
- valid driver’s license
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- proven track record in sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- success in mentoring and coaching
- understanding of inventory management and financial control
- proficiency with POS, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems
