Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience
  • preferably General Manager experience
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to uphold health and safety regulations
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant as if it were your own
  • manage restaurant financials effectively

  • ensure highest standards of service and guest interaction
  • focus on professional and personal development of hourly employees and management daily
  • maintain highest standards of quality and presentation for all food items
  • set the standard for restaurant atmosphere and staff behavior
  • recruit, train, and support the team daily
  • serve the local community as friends and family
  • build relationships with Catering and Marketing departments to boost sales
  • uphold dedication to health and safety standards
