Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two-years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two-years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including a successful and well-developed crew and staff
  • Maintaining high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Performing every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Being accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance and decision making
  • Engaging in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Building an effective team through training and development and providing meaningful performance feedback
