Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Current health card per local or state regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and certification

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by training and mentoring staff
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Monitor food safety and store cleanliness standards
  • Manage P&L and overall restaurant profitability
  • Communicate regularly with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
